Meet Rachel

I’m Rachel, a physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping people move with more confidence.

I created the Malvern Mobility Method after seeing how many people lose confidence in their balance and mobility long before they need to.

Inspired by the Malvern Hills, this method is about building strength, steadiness and confidence gradually — in a way that feels realistic for everyday life.

Why Tea Time 10 Works

Small habits are easier to stick with

Many people struggle because exercise feels too big, too time-consuming or too intimidating.

Tea Time 10 is different.

It links movement to something you already do — making a cup of tea.

That makes it easier to remember, easier to repeat and easier to build into daily life.

Gentle, Safe and Achievable

This is designed for people who want to improve confidence gradually.

You are encouraged to:

  • Use a chair or kitchen worktop for support

  • Move slowly

  • Work within your comfort level

  • Stop if anything feels painful, unsafe or unsuitable

This programme is for general education and wellbeing only and does not replace medical advice.
